Geneva: the first place, well technically the second, since we stay in interlaken, but it's the first place in switzerland that we went too.... we even went to united nations!!! :)

Luzerne, Mount Titlis...(hope i got the spelling right :p ) i think this is the second place we went too.. can't really remember that well... but we went onto on of teh alps... and it was mt titlis... really nice place, the time i went it was hot like mad.. so yes, trust the pictures and me when i say that i was running arouond playing with snow in nothing but my shorts and t shirt.... my parents experienced really cold weather there though.. so i guess it depends on the weather and your luck :p

Rhine Falls.... i think this is our 3rd stop for switzerland... well actually how it worked was that we based ourself in interlaken and travel out to the different states everyday, wasted a lot of time travelling but it was worth it la.. i can't remember which state this was... == somebody who went on the trip with me.. help??!! but anyway we went to teh rhine falls :)

**the last stop for all 8 of us before we separated, cause mel, xian ai and i were headed to Berlin to visit antje and to meet up with deepika, aansan, and dave... as we were based in interlaken, staying at the happy inn lode the last place to sight see would be interlaken.. for this, paul , xian ai and i decided to ride bicycles... cause some of the girls can't ride and we all have different interests so we just went on our own. and well the other 5 left earlier for the airport, so with so much time to spare mel, xian ai and i went to this Thai, Chinese restaurant to eat.. and my goodness, that was the best Asian food i had tasted in Europe haha.. but oh well.. jsut take a look at the pictures.. i will blog about the individual places later.. minus Zurich of course as i have yet to get the pictures for that places..

i hope the date is correct..... cause it seems that on the 24th of june at night we had the latin party... so maybe we went to london on the 23rd instead? anyway can't remember, but some of bridges hell people decided to make a trip to london.. think it was on the 23rd, cause i took the opportunity to move some of my stuff to my cousin's place during out trip to London. moved a two bags, my small hand carry and teh big bag, thanks to rory who helped me move my stuff..

and well the security guard for the parking here at lamb street is a weirdo, who tried to pick me up... weird guy.. eee.....

but the people who attended the latin boat party was, me, aansan, dave, mel, nastia, deepika, antje and moses... and believe it or not, moses crammed all of us into his small ittle bmw and drove us all the way back to bridges hall.. 0_o'

omg!!! i was sitting on aansan, mel on dave and nastia on dee... while antje got to sit infront and moses being teh driver.. it was super crammed as it was a bmw sports car.. imagine our expression when moses told us he carried more before.. we were like =='

but it was a fun experience with a lot of laughter.. it's totally impossible to do such things back hoem anyway haha.. and well it was illegal here as well mind you.. but we had a good laugh... :p

despite the fact that my injury from switzerland acted up, making it almost impossible for me to walk,due to the cold... if not for aansan, i think it would have been worse.. thanks aansan :)

on the 26th of june 2007 miguel our spanish friend had to return to his home country ie spain. so we decided to hold a litle farewell for him, and well sicne he was always playikng the piano for me so i thought that i would give hima little malaysia farewell hehe..

so with the help of melissa and wen, we decided to have a picnic with malaysian food, and so we did on the lawns of bridges hall haha.. here are the pictrues... hope that eveyrone had a good time and enjoyed teh food...

Phew, i ve been at this for almost 3 hours, uploading and sorting pictures.. nice way to spend my time on a sunday afternoon while waiting for the freaking shipping company...

this will be the last post for the time being, i might continue again tonight or tommorrow but all i know now is that my eyes, back and arms need a rest, and well actually my com.. but i think it can endure a itty bit more torture as i upload pictures onto facebook..

it's easier on facebook as i don't have to sort through the pictures to choose what to put up and well i can just upload 60 pictures at one time, so jsut click and leave, as compared to blogspot where i have to do it one by one.. erghhh

this was at saint patrick's hall in the university of reading, it is a student accomodation, ensuite i think, and well thir junior common room had a baby grand piano, so during the time after exams i would sometimes brave the 20 minute walk all the way here to play the piano haha, and wendy/wanchieh willjoin me.. this round i brought miguel with me.. he plays celine dion's my heart will go on, and i sing :p great piano player and great friend :) will miss him as well, really love his piano playing.. :) if i ever do stop by madrid i will have to give him a holler and hope he will do teh same if he comes to kuala lumpur :)

during easter this year, i thought that it was a total waste of time and money to go back to malaysia so i decided to spend the easter break with my sister in prague, so it was off to prague for teh second time..

my sister had moved apartments so it was easier to get to town and all as well.. it was really nice being there again, but i was supposd to study fr my upcoming exams in may so i didn't sight see this round, but just sat around at home.. trying to study haha it was easter in prague than and tehre were decorations in town was realy pretty....

met some of my sister's friend and had lunch, but i didn't bring a camera that time, so i don't have the pictures, and also we attended my sister's colleague's wedding ie lorena, was quite interesting and i only have thsoe pictrues to share... so jsut take a look la..

felt kind of a pity that i didnt manage to watch any classical performances there.. sigh.... but oh well.. life is like that... the opera house was lovely but it would have cost a bomb to watch a performance haha...

on the 18th of may 2007, xian ai and i finished our exams, and being the sadistic masochists that we were, we decieded to go to portsmouth to visit our friend jian lun the next day... sleep deprived and recovering from exam stress.. my room was still a total mess as during the exam period i didn't have time to clean it and my notes were everywhere... madness.. the things we doo.. aiiii...

but anywya we headed to portsmouth to visit jian lun and bunked at his place.. thanks jian lun!! :) and well he brought us round portsmouth, a small little town, and we went to the isle of wright to the needle bay....

oh my goodness. a way overdue post, this one was from march!!! but then again i did post teh links for the whole lot of dublin pictures some time ago, i just didn't have time to sort through and post the pictures on the blog cause if you guys remember there was like 13 albums on facebook with these pictures and each album had 60 pictures in it i had to sort through more than 700 pictures to pick some to put on my blog!!! so here it is now.. for all to see, for the rest of the pictures look for teh post called dublin picture links.. even if you don't have facebook you can see the pictures....

so anyway, on the 29th of march melissa, xian ai and i headed to dublin, ireland to visit our, well it was mine and xian ai's high school friend, jun may, the 3 of us where in 1 kemboja back in high school!! haha..

so well we bunked in with jun may at her place and well went around dublin... :) thanks jun may for your hospitality!! :)

we went to teh guiness factory in dublin!! guiness belongs to ireland haha.. but i still prefer heneikeen :p (tak tau eja hehe)

we are not alcoholics.. we didn't like the taste of guiness so guesswhere it went? down the toilet bowl... sorry irish people!! we don't know how to appreciate your beer == haha we curi the cup back tho ahhaha :p
