✿ 未来が見える : Flow© ✿

The smooth surface, Almost mirror like, Watching it unknowingly, I entered its flow, Unconsciously submerged by it, Fighting to grasp the sky, Before being pulled down again, Following it’s flow, Unable to turn back, The road is set; I shall head to sea, Can you see the future? It’s unpredictable ✿Oracl3✿

Appalled..

"No God teaches its believers to kill"
I just watched the FITNA video on youtube, and all i can is that I'm appalled... (I'm not providing any links.. go search for it yourself.. i don't want my blog to get banned or something haha..)

they even have a section on wikipedia for it.. i was like woah...

one thing is that, i noticed the people involved in it are getting death threats?? ermm don't mind me, but as a Buddhist.. even when Afghanistan tore down the statues of the Buddha, which is actually a world heritage, the Buddhists didn't threaten to kill anyone, or boycott anything..

yes we were angry, but what could we do.. we weren't about to build up an army and storm the country, just because of that.... it would cost us lives, unnecessary really... i've seriously never heard of any Buddhist going out on a war against people of other faiths, the religions teaches us to accept, and be tolerant.. i mean correct me if i'm wrong, but of the other religions that i know off i.e. Christianity, the Jews, and Islam... they are always fighting, what with this Crusade and Jihad stuff.. you don't see Buddhism with those now do we?

some might say that Buddhism's is passive, heck even the monks are trained in martial arts, not to attack but to protect, they don't simply go around attacking people, and they actually endure to the limits before fighting back.. maybe because I'm somewhat passive and altruistic, i feel that, it is the right religion for me..

but then again, i believe no religion teaches you to kill, and for you to respect others, regardless of their beliefs..

anyway, now i think what the Muslim community should do is to hold talks, and educate people on the quoted verses from the Quran that was used in the movie.. if they can't dispute that, then it proves that the video is right.. and all their fighting, and boycotting will be in vain...

i know that there are some extremists out there, heck there are even some in Malaysia, there was a case, where my mother's friend (a Chinese), married a Muslim, and well she respected her Husband's decision to send the children to religious school..

what a shock she had when the child came home for dinner.. because the child asked the mother..

Child: "are we bad people?"
Mother: "no, we are not bad people. why do you ask that? "
Child: "well because the teacher said that, those who hold chopsticks are bad people"

The mother being Chinese, uses chopsticks to eat, and the children as well...

the mother was obviously shocked, and removed the child from the school...

This is an obvious example of some extremists out there...it all boils back down to the interpretation of the Quran... (excluding some parts of the Quran etc --> here)

when i was in high school, i attended a Bahasa Malaysia tuition, i asked my teacher who is a Muslim (with, thankfully an open mind, and who loves Chinese People) what was this certain word that i heard from television, during the time they were broadcasting prayers..

he got worried, and edgy, but trusting i could handle it, told me the words meant imbecile.. so non-muslim are imbeciles??

interesting... it makes me sort of believe the movie, but i chose to give them the benefit of the doubt, because i still hold fast that no religion is bad... if not some people would not have converted to Islam right? if it was that bad, such a religion couldn't have possibly survived all these centuries right??

now all I'm waiting for is for the Muslim community to come right out, and dispute that movie, in a logical and organised manner, no blood shed, no boy cotts, but in a plain explanation... just like what the Christians did with the Da Vinci Code Movie..

don't pointlessly and mindlessly just oppose, teach the people why you oppose...
