ARGHHHHHHHH!!!!! you know what, i think i will just complain?
the last post titled annoyance, i talked about the asshole upstairs who kept blasting his music..
so i talked to the president of bridges hall student committee, i think, that's what the committee is called, and he told me to tell the guy nicely and if it doesn't work, then complain..
so as said before, i had gone up once to the fellow's room and told him to keep the noise down right? so the second day, i took in all his crap, for the whole day but at 12am he was sitll blasting his god damn music!! so i went upstairs again and knocked on his door..
no reply.. idiot!! i think he was out, and he left his music on for god knows what to listen to, so fine, i guess he came back at around 130am, and turned it off.. and you know what, the next day i had to wake up early, so yes i was damn pissed...
so on the 3rd day i wrote him a letter, i was told to be nice, so here is the letter.
"Hi,
I would like to ask you to please keep your noise down, as your music, and other noises that you make, is really loud, and I do not appreciate hearing your music from morning until night.
If you could kindly, and you are actually supposed to read the Bridges Hall Resident’s Guide student handbook 2006-2007, by the way, it’s the little blue book found in the red bag they gave when you first moved in.
Anyway, please turn to page 13 of the book and read about noise, you will note that under the heading 4.2 titled noise, you are asked to be “considerate of your neighbours to allow for your fellow residents to peace and quiet for study, and also that, noise should not be audible outside your room AFTER 11pm. You are responsible for any noise made in your room, whether by yourself or your visitors.”
Refer to the last third line and it will tell you that, I quote: “any music played must not be loud enough to disturb others AT ANYTIME.
Besides the blue booklet, there is also a quick guide in your red bag, and on the 3rd page, I quote: “ members must remember that the rooms are study bedrooms, and everyone is entitled to reasonable quietness so that he or she may study and rest when needed. If you cannot function without a high level of ambient noise, then either use earphones or live elsewhere.”
If you finish reading both guides, you will notice that, I can and will complain if your noise making does continue.
Thank you for your time, and for reading this."
i was freaking pissed but i tried to be as nice as possible in the letter, and yes i did bold those stuff, some of them were underlined, but when i cut and paste it didn't come out on the blog, so i bolded them again here..
the letter worked only for one day, cause now, he is back to the annoying loud music, which makes me suspect that he really is deaf after all..
if you wondered why i didn't write it, it's cause i heard that the people here are stupid, and i fear he may not understand my chicken scratching, so the safest bet is to type, then he can't plead ignorance, that he hadn't the faintest clue as to what i was writing...
sigh... fine, he has his right to become deaf, and if it is his wish to be deaf, be my guest.. jsut as long as he doesn't disturb my sleep tonight i'm fine, or i m calling security at midnight.. and when i want to study.. i will just complain to reception ahha
i was told that he can get fined, and yes i don't give a damn that i am the dorm bitch.. cause bitch means
babe in total control ha! or i think it was honey.. but oh what the hell haha..

LOL...so u r still into it. I'm blissful that my room is just nice and quiet, haha. Except I got nothing to do most of the time and have to walk the same wet path everyday under the rain to school... Lastly, keep complaining! LOL! Kenny's here.
