The Time Keeper

For some reason, you knew how to tell time.

You know when it was about 7am, time to wake up and let you go to the toilet. If we were late, you'd end up going in your cage or on the floor when I put you down due to your incessant jumping on my face.

You knew that 5pm was walk time, and you would start to bug us. Jumping on me to wake me up from my nap. On the dot. You were damn accurate.

You even knew the days of the week. That it was Sunday and bathing day. And you would avoid me till I showered, at the very least.

How did you do that? lol

Well I guess though in the later years, we might have screwed up your internal clock, since we started to do whatever we liked at random times lol.

Hi Baby,

I'm on the train back from Koya San. We woke up early to attend the 6am prayer. So I'm quite tired now. 

Anyway the prayer was held in a very cold room. I could see my breath! And the prayer was mostly for relatives of some people who passed away and paid the temple to offer prayers. 

We walked quite a bit today too. It was tiring and there was one place where they let you splash water on the statue of a Buddha, and pray to your deceased family. 

I made a little prayer for you then.
