Envy

As I sit here with my green tea ice cream, 

I was envious as I watched, 

That old couple with their dog.

Truth be told as I was writing yesterday's post I had another story to share about your teething. But I wasn't sure how to fit it into yesterday's memory. So here it is. 

Since you were so small and we kept stepping on the small little you that followed us everywhere we got you a collar with a bell so that we would know where you were. 

I would then roughly gauge what you were up to based on the sound of your bell. 

There was one time I was in the living room and I heard your cry from your place which was then located behind the unrenivated kitchen. Next to the toilet. 

I ran to your aid upon hearing your distressed cry only to find that you had gotten your teeth stuck in the bars of your little white cage. 

You must have been teething and being the curious thing you were must have decided to try your teeth on the bars of your cage. Lol. 

Well after I freed you. 

I guess you learnt your lesson. Lol

Hi Baby,

Today I went to Kyoto with some new found friends to go autummn leave viewing. We went to the silver pavilion (銀閣寺) then to zannennji and some other places I'm not really sure where they were. 

And while the leaves haven't fully changed yet it was still a sight to behold. 

And well my new found friends were nice too. So it was tiring as hell (with all the walking) but overall a good day I suppose. 

One thing I was envious was that people could bring their dogs every where. And when we were resting and sitting down for ice cream there was this couple opposite us with their long haired chihuahua and I dared not stare at the dog for long least I started crying again. 

I wish though that we could have brought you around like how owners here could bring their dogs around.
