For Lunch
Brought food from home today, and enjoyed it at 1.30pm
4 table spoons of brown rice
Fried pork with salted vegetables
Japanese tofu with fried fish paste - 2pcs each
Fried mix vegetables - green peas, cauliflower, capsicum, button mushroom with tofu poi
Snack Time~~
Going bananas at 5.25pm
Dinner
Eating at 8.30pm
Half a bowl of white rice sprinkled with seasoning
2 pieces of fish with chopped spring onions
3 small pieces of chicken fried in black Sayed with capsicum and onion
Japanese tofu
Fried bak Choy
Dessert
At 8.45pm
4 slices of pear and mango each
Here ends my report. I have no idea how many calories are all these. Lol
