You know how it's like, where when things are bad people always complain? But when things are good, they don't even say so much as a thank you? Well I try my very best not to be people like that..

So, what I've to say is that, after my numerous complaints got through to my dearly beloved maxis. and the problem has been rectified as it should be, since it is their job and what I am paying for. But to further add to that, I received a call from them offering a rebate for a duration of 12 months.

Now, I'm not so sure why I'm being given a rebate, could be all my complaints, or well one way or the other, I appreciate the gesture, but I would further appreciate it once I've looked at the bill to reconfirm the rebate. But for the time being thank you Maxis for listening to my complaints and doing something about it. (even if all these weren't due to my numerous complaints, I would still like to feel that way and say my thanks)

So this will get me to shut up for a the time being. I just hope that the rebate isn't some ploy. But then again it is justified to cover my suffering? Sorry am being somewhat paranoid now, so shall let it go. That's all for the time being then....
