Lately, it seems as if my posts have been quite anti BN and more Pro DAP, so as the election date draws nearer.. i am still sort of clueless. though i have decided who to vote for parliament, i'm still on the fence for the state seata tough decision to make...

Hence this short post (or well, yet another post) on the coming elections.. i noticed that a lot of people, especially the youths have a... how would i put it? a character?? well bottomline.. they do not possess a very correct attitude to the coming elections..

as kenny sia has said.. if you don't know who to vote for it is your responsiblity to look up who are the candidates and what they are standing for.. i mean, i did..

well the other reasons are that quite a lot of people are apathathic.. they don't think that their vote will count for anything, and besides BN is so strong they are going to win anyway... these are the passive people who only want to live a peaceful life.. as long as nothing is done wrong towards them, they will remain as they always have been... sad.. very sad indeed...

honestly speaking if i, myself wasn't registered to vote, i wouldn't have given two hoots about what was going on and just live my life as i have always been...

but it looks like things have gotten a bit worrisome.. for those who do care enough, somewhat.. to vote.. all they have in their mind is to deny BN a 2/3 majority, it's as if they were hypnotized.. some people i know, don't even really know who are the oppositions, or how the state nor parliament seat works.. all they are thinking of, is just to vote for the opposition.. to deny BN their majority votes..this is really, really very wrong...

even if BN is so strong, and even if the people feel mistreated, they shouldn't vote blindly... it's like they aren't listening to reason.. i think, that we should look carefully at what the ruling party in our area has done so far, what they lack, and what the opposition can offer or at least try to offer us before we make our decisions.. don't simply vote for the opposition. what happens if you vote for an extremist? your state will suffer..

it's not a very smart move to do that.. don't do what others tell you to do, make your own decision..it's true that BN has been really strong this past 50 years, but vote for the correct reasons.. not the wrong reasons..

That's all i have to say.. haha.. it's just a little mini rant, and another oppurtunity for me to display my onion head emoticons haha

i'm sure plenty of you, are now counting the days where i get tired of these onion head emoticons till then unfortunately, you will just have to put up with it, both on my blog and msn, unless i'm blogging against time, or lazy to put these emoticons on my blog so till then...

P/S: i'm betting that once election feverends, we won't give a damn about politics anymore.. unless it's office politics that you are talking about.. cause everyone has to deal with that...
